Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds said Tuesday that 37 year-old Kevin Davis of Atlantic City was found guilty on all 15 counts related to a 2019 search at his home where cops found large amounts of fentanyl, drug paraphernalia, a handgun and ammunition. Davis attempted to evade arrest, escaping on a bicycle, but police apprehended him near a school a short time later, and found another 100 folds of packaged fentanyl in his possession. The jury verdict announced Monday included first-degree counts of maintaining a fentanyl production facility and second-degree weapon counts for the illegal handgun. Davis was being held until his sentencing April 18th.
