Morrison Police
On Monday, July 11th, at approximately 8:30 pm, Morrison Police arrested Joshua J. Rusk, 38 of Morrison, pursuant to two (2) Arrest Warrants; one issued by Rock Island County charging Rusk with Failure to Appear – Traffic Offense and one issued by Henry County charging Rusk with Failure to Appear – Driving While License Suspended. Morrison Police transported Rusk to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Thursday, July 14th, at approximately 10:27 pm, Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Wade C. Kaufman, age 60 of Morrison, for a traffic violation on North Cherry Street and East Lincolnway, Morrison. As a result of the traffic stop, Morrison Police arrested Kaufman, charging him with Disobeying a Traffic Control Device and Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol). Kaufman was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, was processed and then released with a Notice to Appear.
Dixon Police
Karen R. Lonkert, age 50, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 Block of East First Street on July 14th 2:41 P.M., for a WhitesideCounty Warrant. Lonkert posted bond and was released.
Austen M. Baker, age 23, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 Block of South Hennepin Avenue on July 14th, at 12:45 P.M., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Baker posted bond and was released.
Bryan M. Stewart, age 19, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 900 Block of West First Street on July 11th, at 3:34 P.M., for Criminal Damage to Property and Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property. Stewart was released on an Individual Bond.
Jason Clevenger, age 47, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 Block of South Hennepin Avenue on July 11th, at 4:32 P.M., for a Lee County original charge warrant for Violation of Order of Protection. Clevenger posted bond and was released.
Polo Police
6/21/2022 TIME: 9:19 A.M. Leonard P. Brauchler, 54, Polo, was issued a City Citation for Illegal Dumping of Litter.
6/27/2022 9:31 P.M. Cassandra L. Kingery, 22, Penrose, CO, was cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration. Kingery was released on an I-Bond.
6/28/2022 6:52 P.M. Tessa Fortune, 31, Morrison, was cited for speeding 46 MPH in a 30 MPH speed zone. Fortune was released on an I-Bond.
7/7/2022 7:51 P.M. Andrew Gonzales, 20, Polo, was cited for driving with a Suspended License and Operating an Electronic Communication Device while driving. Gonzales was released on an I-Bond.
