The City of LaSalle Foundation is hosting two events in December to collect donations for a toy and clothing drive.  On December 2, 2023, from 8 AM to 11 AM, at 516 1st Street, The City of LaSalle and the Illinois Valley Food Pantry will be accepting donations while providing live holiday music from Mike and Jess Music and a holiday cocktail.  Donations needed are unopened toys for kids of all ages, wrapping paper, gift tags, new and gently used winter wear, hygiene products, and non-perishable foods, especially canned fruits, tomatoes, syrup, jelly and peanut butter.

On December 3, 2023, from 1 PM to 5 PM, families are welcome to get needed items at 516 1st Street at the holiday market.  Donations are accepted and appreciated but not required.
