Community leaders, residents of Galva and many from the surrounding area turned up at Special Kneads Bakery on Monday afternoon for a celebration. Frankie Cortes from Special Kneads Bakery received his brand new Club Car Onward Golf Cart on Monday afternoon, a gift from the Strahan, Sara and Keke Show on ABC television. It was a joyous occasion with music, food, friends and community. Among the local leaders on hand was State Representative Dan Swanson… 

A representative from Club Car came in from Atlanta, Georgia to make the deliver and she told us about Frankie's new ride… 

Naturally, Frankie's Mom, Margaret Cortes was over the moon excited for Frankie's new ride… 

The goal is for Frankie to start making deliveries around Galva for Special Kneads Bakery but there is no word when that will get underway, likely closer to Spring appears to be the current plan. For now, the celebration continues.
