Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard has composed the theme for the new show Shrinking.
The song is titled “Frightening Fishes” and was recorded alongside composer Tom Howe, who also worked on the music for Ted Lasso with Marcus Mumford.
You can listen to “Frightening Fishes” now via digital outlets. Shrinking, which stars Jason Segel and Harrison Ford as therapists, is streaming now on Apple TV+.
Gibbard, meanwhile, is currently on the road with Death Cab in support of their new album, Asphalt Meadows. In September, Death Cab and Gibbard’s other band, The Postal Service, will unite for a joint tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their respective 2003 albums, Transatlanticism and Give Up.
