Rick J. Bausman, age 29, of Rock Falls, Illinois, was arrested in the 1100 block of
South Galena Avenue on November 30 th , 2019 at 12:55 a.m., for DUI / Alcohol,
Improper Lane Usage and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Bausman was processed
and released.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
