Michael Henneberry, who resigned last week from his position as Bureau County Public Defender, is facing a misdemeanor charge of Unlawful Delivery of Alcohol to a Minor. Bureau County Court records show the 64 year old Henneberry had the charge filed against him on Friday. A court date of March 3rd has been set for Henneberry, of Walnut, who submitted a one-sentence resignation letter last Monday. That same day Raymond Nolasco was appointed as acting public defender.
