Brittany E Hernandez, age 32, of Keokuk, IA was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear / Failure to Pay on original charges of Speeding and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle. Hernandez was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
09/09/19
Kelly R Miller, age 40, of Carthage, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear / Failure to Pay on original charges of Operating Uninsured Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Battery. Miller was also arrested on a McDonough County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear / Failure to Pay on original charges of Obstructing a Peace Officer. Miller was also arrested on a Lee County Iowa Warrant charging her with Theft First Degree. Miller was released to Lee County Iowa Authorities.
Derek A Miller, age 25, of Carthage, IL was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Miller was also arrested on a Henderson County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges Driving While License Suspended and Speeding. Miller was also arrested on a Mc Donough County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Obstructing Identification. Miller was released pending a future court date.
Eric M Gilpin, age 44, of Dallas City, IL was arrested and charged with Driving While License Revoked, Aggravated Fleeing or Eluding an Officer, and Possession of Methamphetamine. Gilpin remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.

Adam M Sparrow, age 37, of Warsaw, IL was arrested and charged with Drug Court Violation. Sparrow remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail.

Christian J Jones, age 48, of Hamilton, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure Appear / Failure to Pay on original charges of Unlawful Participation in Methamphetamine Production, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. Jones remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
