Bureau County Public Defender Michael Henneberry has resigned, effective immediately. Bureau County Circuit Judge Marc Bernabei made the announcement in a press release Monday. It says Henneberry submitted his written resignation Monday morning with the resignation going into effect at noon. The press release also announced the appointment of Assistant Public Defender Raymond Nolasco as Acting Bureau County Public Defender.
