Henry County is looking at placing restrictions on where Marijuana could be grown and whether or not the product could be grown in Henry County. Henry County Board Chairman Marshall Jones says that the Board is waiting to hear from the Henry County State's Attorney regarding what the County is able to do in terms of restrictions before actually voting on any kind of restriction… 

What would be the effect of this new Marijuana ordinance were it to be approved? 

There is no word on when the Henry County State's Attorney is expected to respond to the Henry County Board with an interpretation of the potential ordinance.
