On Thursday, August 18th at 9:42P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Interstate 74 south of Colona, IL. The driver of the vehicle, Christine Bowman (age 48) of Elk Grove Village, IL., was issued a notice to appear citation for a misdemeanor speeding violation (99mph in a 70mph zone).
On Saturday, August 20th at 4:06A.M. Henry County Deputy responded to a motorist assist call on N1300 Ave. south of Orion, IL. After initial investigation the driver of the vehicle, Tanya Oberlander (age 44) of rural Orion, IL., was issued a notice to appear citation for operating a vehicle with no valid drivers license.
On Saturday, August 20th at 11:53A.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on S. State St. in Atkinson, IL. The driver of the vehicle, Ashley Primes (age 43) of Chicago, IL., was issued notice to appear citations for operating a vehicle with no proof of registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.
On Saturday, August 20th at 9:24P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on U.S. Hwy. 34 east of Galva, IL. The driver of the vehicle, Karysa Morris (age 28) of Galesburg, IL., was issued notice to appear citations for speeding (70/55), driving on a suspended drivers license, operating an uninsured vehicle, and failure to secure child under 8 years of age in a proper safety restraint. Karysa was also arrested on a Knox County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of driving on a suspended drivers license. She was taken to the Henry County Jail.
On Saturday, August 20th at 11:21P.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a loud noise complaint at a residence on Cambridge Rd. in rural Kewanee, IL. After initial investigation Deputies arrested Terry Murphy (age 65) of Kewanee, IL. on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charges of burglary and retail theft. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.
On Sunday, August 21st at 12:33P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Il. Hwy. 81 west of Lynn Center, IL. The driver of the vehicle, Andrew Veloz (age 33) of Moline, IL., was issued notice to appear citations for speeding (75/55) and operating an uninsured vehicle.
