On Tuesday, August 23rd at 2:51A.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Interstate 80 near Geneseo, IL.  The driver of the vehicle, DeShawn Gardner (age 22) of Detroit, MI., was issued notice to appear citations for a misdemeanor speeding violation (104mph in a 70mph zone) and operating a vehicle with no valid drivers license.
