Illinois is in the middle of the pack for best places to retire. That’s according to consumer finance website WalletHub. Illinois ranked number 23 overall.
Analysts reviewed all states for cost of living, cost of in-home services, and other factors. For it’s taxpayer ranking, Illinois landed at the bottom of WalletHub’s list. The state ranked number 47 for healthcare facilities per capita.
