Christopher M. Vargas, 31, of Morrison, was stopped for improper lane usage and failure to move over on Saturday, June 25th, at 1:22 a.m. on US Route 30 at Prophet Road in Rock Falls and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, failure to move over, and failure to signal when required. Vargas posted a driver’s license and was released on an I-bond.

Kayla M. Martin, 30, of Davis Junction, was stopped for failure to wear seatbelt on Monday, June 27th, at 8:03 p.m. on IL Route 38 and Interstate 88 in Ogle County and was wanted on an Ogle County warrant for larceny. Martin was also charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to wear seat belt. Martin posted 10% of the $5,000.00 bond and was released.

Parnuwat Yindeeroop, 51, of Dixon, was stopped for violation of minimum speed restrictions on Saturday, July 2nd, at 11:54 p.m. on IL Route 2 at Palmyra Road in Lee County and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and violation of classification. Yindeeroop posted a driver’s license and was released on an I-bond.
