Micah M. Stacy, 24, of Freeport, was stopped for illegal tint on Friday, July 15th, at 6:46 p.m. on Interstate 39 southbound at milepost 108 in Ogle County and was wanted on a Stephenson County warrant for failure to appear for disorderly conduct. Stacy was released after posting 10% of the $1,000.00
bond.

Sarah A. Falzone, 30, of Rock Falls, was stopped for an equipment violation on July 15th, at 9:51 p.m. on Buell Road at Hahnaman Road in Whiteside County and was charged with unlawful transportation of cannabis, no insurance, no valid registration, and improper display of registration. Falzone was released on an I-bond.

Kimberly D. Leeper, 29, of Clinton, Iowa, was stopped for speeding on Saturday, July 16th, at 10:39 p.m. on IL Route 78 at Market Street in Mt. Carroll and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and illegal transportation of cannabis. Leeper was transported to the Carroll County Jail.

Marcos Montanez, 47, of Rock Falls, was stopped for an equipment violation on Sunday, July 17th, at 12:06 a.m. on Star Road at Buell Road in Whiteside County and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to dim headlights. Montanez was released on an I-bond.
