William Quinonez, 44, of Chana, was stopped for improper lane usage on August 13, 2022 at 12:07 .a.m. at 4th Ave – Lincoln Highway in Rochelle, Ogle County and was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Improper Lane Usage. Quinonez was released after posting driver’s
license and I-Bond.

Mikisi Mwamba, 27, of Rockford, was stopped for improper lighting on August 18, 2022 at 11:52 p. m. on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 110 in Ogle County and was charged with Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Mwamba was released on an Ibond.

Michael S. Gregson, 39, of Seminole, AL, was stopped for improper lane usage on August 19, 2022 at 2:02 p.m. on Interstate 39 southbound at milepost 81 in Lee County and was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Improper Lane Usage. Gregson was released on an I-bond.

Angelica M. Johnson, 24, of Rock Island, was stopped for speeding on August 19, 2022 at 6:55 p.m. on Interstate 88 eastbound at milepost 37 in Whiteside County and was charged with Driving While License Suspended and Speeding. Johnson was released on an I-bond.

Shaniqua K. Ross, 27, of Pine Hill, AL, was stopped for improper lighting on August 19, 2022 at 2:01 a.m. on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 110 in Ogle County and was charged with Driving While License Suspended. Ross was released on an I-bond.

Drew R. Scott, 32, of Rockford, was stopped for parking where prohibited on August 19, 2022 at 8:50 p.m. on IL Rte 64 near Chamberlain Rd in Ogle County and was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Transportation of Cannabis by Driver, Expired Registration, Parking where Prohibited. Scott was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

David C. Moscorro, 21, of Rochelle, was stopped for improper lighting on August 20, 2022 at 10:22 p.m. on Interstate 39 southbound at milepost 103 in Ogle County and was charged with Driving While License Suspended. Moscorro was released on an I-bond.

Aliyah L. Neal, 23, of Sterling, was stopped for improper lane usage on August 21, 2022 at 1:03 a.m. at 1st Ave – 8th St in Rock Falls, Whiteside County and was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Obstructing Identification, Driving While License Suspended, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage, Wanted on Lee County warrant for Contempt of Court, Wanted on Whiteside County warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine. Neal was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
