The investigation continues into an auto accident that took the life of a Spring Valley woman and injured two other people in Plainfield.
The crash happened around 9 pm Thursday on Route 126 when a 37-year old man lost control while driving eastbound and struck another vehicle. He was airlifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
His passenger, 35-year old Sarah Cruz of Spring Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 58-year old woman, was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
