The Kewanee Boilers Cross Country Team opened their season with a strong performance at the 2022 Rocket Run, hosted by Rock Falls High School, at Centennial Park.  The top Kewanee girl was freshman Esmeralda Martinez, placing 16th.  Chase Palm led the Kewanee boys, running the three mile course in just over 22 minutes.  The Boilers open up at home this Thursday, August 25, 2022, hosting Orion, St. Bede, and Monmouth United at The Boiler Cross Country Course at Baker Park Golf Course.  The varsity girls will race at 4:30, with the varsity boys to follow.
