On 11/05/2023 AT 5:47 PM LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of 3287 E 2153rd RD (Rutland TWP). Timothy Bartolini (25) of Peotone, IL was driving in the area and drove off the roadway, entering the ditch. He was cited for failure to reduce speed/accident and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol over .08 BAC. Timothy was later released with a NTA.
