The Lasalle County Sheriff’s Office Investigators arrest an Ottawa man on a felony warrant for Domestic Battery on January 18, 2023.  LaSalle County Sheriff, Sheriff Adam Diss, said investigators from the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office arrested Aaron W. Kirby, 26, of Ottawa on a warrant for the original charge of Domestic Battery.  Kirby was charged with Violation of Bail Bond when he was taken into custody.  He violated bond conditions from the domestic battery charge in LaSalle County.  Kirby was transported to the LaSalle County Jail where he remains on a $100,000 (10%) bond.  Kirby’s Arraignment is continued to January 25, 2023 at 9 AM because Mr. Kirby indicated he intended to hire private counsel.
