Lawmakers on both sides of the political divide are challenging the qualifications of State Representative Eva Dina Delgado, the person who was chosen by former State Representative Luis Arroyo as his replacement from the 3rd District in the Illinois Statehouse. Arroyo, who resigned after being accused of trying to bribe a State Senator, helped to choose Delgado as his replacement.
