MGM Resorts coming to Atlantic City in Borgata rebrand

The Borgata Hotel Casino announced a renovation and rebranding of The Water Club tower that stands next to its original casino and hotel. The Water Club is undergoing a transformation that will see over 700 remodeled rooms and suites and will be renamed the “MGM Tower” after the $55 million project is complete. A new event space will occupy 9,000 square feet on the tower’s 32nd floor, formerly occupied by an immersion spa. Some renovated rooms could be open for guests next month. The project is scheduled to be completed by Memorial Day Weekend.
