New Bill Gives New Time-frame for FOID Appeals

A new bill at the Illinois Statehouse would establish a 60 day time frame for appeals for denied FOID cards to be appealed. State Representative Dan Caulkins feels that the Illinois State Police process as it is takes far too long and he hopes that this bill will be able to speed the process.
