If you thought that a bill banning self serve gas pumps was surprising, just wait, the state of Illinois has a few more bills bouncing around Springfield and set to blow your mind, if not your leaves. New legislation coming out of the capital includes a bill to ban gas powered leaf blowers. More new legislation would require a $1 million dollar insurance policy for anyone who owns a gun.
