Number Of Illinoisans "Under Investigation" For Coronavirus Expands

An Illinois child is under observation for possibly having the coronavirus after the CDC expanded who should be tested.  The Champaign County child is considered a person under investigation.

 

The Illinois Department of Public Health last week reported two confirmed cases of the coronavirus, a husband and wife in the Chicago area.  The state has a total of 41 persons under investigation, with 13 having tested negative for the virus and another 26 still awaiting results.
