Carol Cobb, 88, of Macomb passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at 12:33 a.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

She was born on November 7, 1934 in Grand Junction, Colorado to John and Millie Morrell.

Carol is survived by her children, Kathy Branch of Macomb, Susan Foxall (Tom Taylor) of Macomb and Steven Cobb of Macomb; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Carol lived most of her life in Sciota, Illinois and Macomb, Illlinois.

Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no service per Carol’s request.

Memorials may be made to the HSMC New Animal Shelter.
