Joe was born on October 12, 1954, in Macomb, IL. He and his brother Steve Richbark worked in the family business, George’s Auto Glass, for over 50 years, eventually becoming co-owners of the business.
Like his Grandma Arnold, Joe loved to garden. He was an avid fisherman and had many fond memories of fishing at Kentucky Lake, in search of the elusive big bass or catfish. He also loved to hunt, and built an additional hunting lodge on his property where he and his friends
could gather during deer hunting season.
Joe was an amazing brother, devoted son, and loyal friend. He will be missed.
