March is National Nutrition Month and with that designation we were lucky to be joined in studio by Dietitian Sara Umphleet with OSF Saint Luke Medical Center. Sara, along with Samantha Rux, joined Wake Up Tri-Counties to give you some tips on how to improve your nutrition that are still tasty and fun. Sara offered several tips for tasty foods that can provide a substitute for your less nutritious choices without losing the kind of taste you enjoy. Improved nutrition is good for all aspects of your health and it can taste great as well.
