Outdoor Dining Now Permissible in New Jersey Through 2024

A special state Covid rule that allowed outdoor dining under tents will now stay in place until 2024, and probably forever.  Governor Murphy signed an extension of the outdoor dining regulation through the next two years.  Restaurants, bars, and breweries will be allowed to continue to use tents and canopies on their properties to expand dining areas.
