Ozzy Osbourne just released his new solo album, Ordinary Man, last Friday, but he’s already starting to work on another one.

“I am making another album because while I can’t tour, I can make music,” Ozzy says in a Reddit AMA published Tuesday.

Osbourne, of course, has been battling a variety of health issues over the past year or so, which forced him to postpone his upcoming North American tour.

“What I learned from Ordinary Man, it got the juices flowing again,” Ozzy explains. “People say they write the best songs when they’re unhappy, and I was unhappy last year.”

“After I’m doing this doctor’s run I’m going right back into the studio to make another album with [producer/guitarist] Andrew Watt,” he adds. “If it comes out anything like Ordinary Man I’ll be well pleased.”

In related news, Ordinary Man is headed for a top-10 debut on the Billboard 200. Ozzy’s previously visited the rankings top 10 seven times as a solo artist, and twice with Black Sabbath.

Ordinary Man was recorded with Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan. It features guest appearances by Slash, Tom Morello, Elton John and Post Malone.
