The Peoria County Sheriff is asking people to be on the lookout for 40 year old Angela Ballstadt of Owatonna, Minnesota. Angela was last seen in Peoria County on Tuesday morning at approximately 4:40 Am walking along the side of I-474 in the area of Farmington Road. At the time, Ballstadt was seen wearing a white sports bra and black pants and the Peoria County Sheriff's Department considers Ballstadt an endanged person. No other details are being released at this time and there is no word on how Angela Ballstedt arrived at this place, only that she was last seen there and she is considered endangered.
