
In preparation for semi-annual water main flushing, the City of Princeton Water Department has increased chlorine levels. During this time you may notice a slightly stronger chlorine odor. If you find this odor objectionable for drinking you may keep a pitcher of water in the refrigerator and the chlorine will dissipate after a few minutes.
City wide hydrant flushing on Monday, April 26. During this time customers may experience a chlorine odor, cloudy or discolored water and brief periods of low water pressure.
