A new report suggests that June and July’s rainfall totals in Cape May County are between 50-75 percent below normal.  It’s been bone dry in this part of the state, and not much better in other southern counties.  NJ.com reports that Atlantic City has seen seven inches of rain, but for us…nary a drop.
