Nate Blackford Director Mosaic Medical Center Maryville, Kevin Ward – Federal Highway Administration, and City Councilman Tye Parsons. Each giving their support for the great job all of the planners, builders, and business did to make this project possible. Now on to phase two, South Main to the 71 Bypass!
