State officials are finally doing something about the car theft rings that employe minors that have hit local shore resorts.  Democratic senators held a press conference Thursday saying these operations act as corporations and the juveniles steal the cars when they are unlocked with key fobs left inside.  Most recently, Avalon reported the thefts of some high end vehicles that occurred during the early morning hours.
