On Monday, November 25th the Sterling Police responded to the 700 Block of Locust Street at 1:36 p.m. and charged 32-year-old Angel Molina with Domestic Battery.  He was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.    

 

These charges are merely allegations and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
