Stone Harbor officials discussed the CRS program which results in flood insurance discounts to property owners.  Stone Harbor is a Class 5 community and, like every other community, will lose some points in the program due to flood maps approved right after Hurricane Sandy.  Stone Harbor expects to get a proposal from a professional who may assist the town with the program by the end of this week.
