Jeff Farnan, Missouri State Representative for District 1 visited the Breakfast Club.  We talked about the current Bills he’s involved in as well as current issues like the Black Vulture.  The Black Vulture is not a scavenger like other Vulture species.  The Black Vulture is an active hunter targeting calving cows.  These Black Vultures are larger and more aggressive than native vultures, and can kill a calf and full size cow.
