Antonio Cervantes – Garcia, age 59 of Sterling, was stopped on U.S. Route 30 near Moline Road for improper lane usage. He was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and Improper Lane Usage, processed at the Sterling Police Department, then released with a Notice to Appear. Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.

William A. Chesmore, age 61 of Rock Falls, was stopped in Rock Falls on IL Route 40 at Dixon Avenue for no lights when required. Chesmore was arrested for (2) counts of DUI and No Lights When Required. He was processed at the Sterling Police Department and released on a Notice to Appear. Rock Falls Police, Sterling Police, and Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted.

Oyegoke A. Kale, age 34 of Sterling was stopped on IL Route 40 and 4th Street in Sterling for tinted windows. Kale was arrested for (2) counts of DUI and Tinted Windows then processed at the Sterling Police Department before he was released on a Notice to Appear. Sterling Police and Williams’ Towing assisted.
These arrests are merely a charge and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
